At Maggard Razors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your shaving and grooming products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return most unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging; please note that for hygiene reasons, used soaps, blades, and brushes cannot be returned.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in a sturdy box with the RMA number clearly written on the outside to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Mail your package back to us using your preferred carrier; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
